Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp sweetener like honey, maple syrup or sugar
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
